The week goes by oh so fast.

Filed under: Admin — lukephotog @ 1:19 am

It’s Thursday morning already. The weekend that just past wasn’t quite that fun. It was raining. The toast premier went on, on Saturday night. The video was pretty cool. Other than the rain that came down hard about half way thru the video. Right after the last part everyone went in to the house. Had a few beers and chi-chat a bit. Then late that evening I had a few friends over.

Sunday was a super rainy day. It rained all day. I stayed home all day I believe.

Monday was a slow day. I visited some friends at their high school. Later that day I went skating some ledges that have been recently de-knobbed. They are super buttery. After the session, went to the mall. Got some garlic bread, walk around. Then called it a night.

On Tuesday, I went to Samy’s camera in Pasadena. Wanted to take a look at the new Canon 1D Mark III. They didn’t have a demo of the camera so I just got a charger for my mom’s camera. Photography is such an expensive hobby, profession or what ever you would call it. Went to my grandma’s house to feast off her dinner. Haven’t had anything even close to a dinner like that in a while. I ended up eating again later on. I went to D.A.N.C.E. that evening. Something to do on a Tuesday night. I was out in the patio listening and observing the people around. Pretty amazing. From being a nerd, with gaming, to films, then drugs, so random.

Wednesday was a change from the days before. I went to guitar center for hours. From the DJ/Live audio section to drums. Then keys to samplers. The Moog was amazing. I have come to an conclusion. I can work with music all day if I had the money for it. Everything was so damn expensive. After I was supposed to meet up with some friends to skate those ledges I was at on Monday. As I pull up a security is looking around, then opens up the gate and pulls in. My friends were already in there so I left to their car and left them a note, telling them they can find me playing Call of Duty at the mall. They show up and one of them had a gash on the left corner of his right eye(my left). They tell me the story of what had happened at the ledges. I guess he got hit with a flash light by a security guard. I played my game then went to Starbucks to get a Ice Chai. Walked around a bit more then called it a night. I’ve been home since thinking.

I don’t even do anything in my life. I have all these things that I can do. But, everything has a big entrance fee. Say photography I have camera, but there is so much more to make my images better. Presentable better. Flash, lens, lights. All day everyday I find myself sleeping in. Then waking up looking for food then skating. Go to the mall to kill time, play Call of Duty. Nothing ever productive. I could be doing so much more. Music, fashion, photography, film. Arrgghh.

Good night.

Stabbing and a shooting all in one night!?!

Filed under: Admin — lukephotog @ 3:35 am

Well, first and foremost, Berra’s park is in Downtown Los Angeles.

Last night after I wrote, I went to Club Heist. It was actually my first time. I always though and still think they are making money to quickly. I got in for free yesterday so my money didn’t go to their pockets. First thing I have to say is, parking is ridiculous. So Thursday night they had to move to a different, due to expired/not up-to-date permits at The Airliner. They had Heist at Crash Mansion in L.A. I arrive at about 10p.m. and there was a line already. Not that bad. It still took a while for the line to move. Where I have no clue why but I got in just before 11p.m. In the line there was some dumb drama between these bisexual dudes(so no one gets offended). They argued about who is “..so two years ago.”, and who is wearing American Apparel. So the dude that protested against American Apparel called out that he was going to rip off that shirt. He’s gay, so he wants guy skin. So I’m in the club now. Then I was out in the patio talking to some other cats about TAO and this guy runs out. Same dude from the line runs outside and has the other dude’s shirt. Screams, “I told you I was gonna get his shirt.” He then throws it off the balcony and was super happy about it. He eventually got kicked out later on in the night. So I had fun dance the night away. Right up until, about 1:40a.m. I would say. Some guys starts fighting. By the time I go to where it was so I could take a sneak peek it was over. A little bit after the incident, like 5 minutes. Maybe less, some dudes discover blood trails and it leads to a hand length shanker. I look around and this asian guy had got cut. He had a like cut that you would see from a cat though. The white lights in the club turn on and the music is killed. Everyone is forced to leave the building. Little did I know, a shooting had gone off outside. Some guy got shot like on his thigh. Man got lucky it wasn’t his sack. He’s laying on the sidewalk naked with only his “American Apparel shorts” on. Then some girl sits down on the curb and I heard she got shot too, she was holding her arm. This big guy is all mad. I guess he was the one that got stabbed. The police put him in handcuffs cause he was trying to stand when they told him to sit. I mean come on the guy has a hole in his stomach, it probably hurts to sit. In a matter of seconds the streets were filled of police cars and police tape was put up all around the parking lot. I guess someone got chased down and shot in the parking lot. I think he’s the one that died. Super crazy night. I don’t think its gonna be a good year for The Heist as Mark Rodriguez (a.k.a. Hyphy Crunk) host of The Heist, says it will be. Last week was shut down by the fire marshal and this week a shooting. I think regardless family, friends or fans. They have had enough. This coming week a power outage or what.

Enough of that. Tonight I went to a backyard party to show some support to a friend of mine that DJ’s. It was raining, yes I know. They had tarp put up and that thing went out of control the water would collect in the center of the tarp then when the wind came by it blew the tarp up and the water would fall. It was funny to watch the people get drenched. It was like a wet t-shirt contest with out everyone noticing. I was there for a little bit then went to Club 82 in Hollywood. It wasn’t like how it was opening night but it was a place to hang out, indoors. The homie DJ Young Sunn was djing there. I had some fun. Good times.

So the plan for tomorrow was to go to the Toast premiere, but I guess its going to be postponed cause of the rain. Hopefully I’ll skate Berra’s park tomorrow or something.

Have a good night! G-CODE

The Berrics is closer than I thought!

Filed under: Admin — lukephotog @ 9:25 pm

And I got a new iPhone yesterday. Super stoked on that. Today was a sad day, more about it later. Well, Seattle is over here. We are talking some jive. Not that bad. I went by Fry’s Electronics yesterday, then to the AT&T store for the phone. Spend quite a while on it. Getting it to work and all. Then picked up little Mo, went to the mall with Seattle so he can get a new wood. Went to meet up some homies, hoping to skate and film. They were pretty loaded and started talking massive jive. I left a new spot with some other kids. Then called it a night from there.

Today I woke up and headed to the Apple store to see what was wrong with my phone. Turns out the plastic cover silenced the speaker. At the Apple store I went thru a life changing experience, that changes how I do things now. After I went to get little Mo and met up with some heads at a local 4 flat 4. No luck with that. A gate was chained up pretty heavily.

I left to a rosary for a friend that past away recently. It was pretty sad. Sad that because of a death it brings old friends together. I haven’t seen the people I seen tonight for over a year.

I left to a Mcdonalds and had food. On my way out I went for a refill, and some guy stared me down. I took another look and guess who it was. Billy Marks. I guess he was on his was to Steve Berra’s park. Got a quick picture of him with my new phone. Pretty clean. I’ll get that up later on tonight when I get back.

Happy New Years!!!

Filed under: Admin — lukephotog @ 4:23 am

Hey everyone, well those of you that actually read this. I highly doubt anyone does. I wish I had a way of seeing how much traffic I get up in this bitch. Well anywho, I started this blogger a little while back. But then I stopped, became very lazy. So this is pretty much is what’s going on. For those who knew me, knew I was on probation for about two years. Part of my seventeenth year, eighteenth birthday, and my nineteenth birthday went by as I was held on probation. But I recently go released of all my court orders. Now I just need to start living a better life. As Patrick Melcher says, “Steal from corporations, cause they make all the profits already selling to everyone else. Well I started coming up on random shit. It was just to the point where I just walk in a store empty handed, and walk out pocketed with something. It’s not like I wake up and say, “Hey, I’m going to go come up on this today”. Well anywho, that I am stopping. Then also stoges and alky became like a normal day thing for me. But, hey fuck it.

So thats my story. Now for the New Years to come. It’s 2008 now, and I’ve decided to keep a journal and hopefully everyday I write about my day. So at the end of this year I can read back and thing of stupid shit I’ve done.

So it’s 4:05 exactly as I am typing this. It is January 2nd, of 2008. This New Year’s was brought in pretty neatly. I had a great time. Not quite 100% exactly how I pictured it but it went pretty good. First I went to my friend Elliot’s house, hoping to bring in the New Year. But due to some slight conflicts, I left. I just didn’t want to start of the New Year with drama. So better off just leaving. I left to a party in Huntington Park. I was with some homies from the Bullshit Fam. When I got to the party the person I didn’t quite think was gonna be there was. The homie DJ Young Sunn, Thomasito. Spinning to for a great New Years eve party. I had two bottles of Bacardi Rum. Right away started pounding and not too long later, I was gone. Had a great time on the dance floor. I ended up having to drive home. Got some food. First phone call was made to my mom of course. Yearly tradition. First food of the year was Jack in the Box, Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger. Got the homie some food. Handed it to him and he knocked out the second after. Just came home and knocked out.

On the second day of the New Year, I woke up pretty late. Pretty hungover. Decided to vacuum my car. So it feels and looks fresh and clean. Had some homies help me out a bit. Then went to Pomona skatepark and seshed it. Hit up West Covina mall, then Montebello mall. The homie was out looking for some new kicks. The mall closed at six. Then decided to call it a day. I was planning on going to Club Dance. The homie jesus called up and said lets roll. So I got a ride with the homie Ivan and Jesus. Went to the club. Pounding on the way, and just danced the night away. Now, I’m at home. Gonna go knocked the fuck out. These two weeks have gone by so fast.

I recent purchased a domain. At least that’s what I think it’s called, for Destroyer Brand. Hit it up. Add the myspace and show some love with them messages and comments!!

A little bit of skating down today. Fuck tickets.

Filed under: Admin — lukephotog @ 9:47 pm

So today I got up in time to make it to the courthouse to pay a sweet ticket. One that cost me a good $205. I could of put that in such a better use than to give to the government. On the way there I saw a homie from the team. He accompanied me to the court house. Then dropped him off after. Headed over to an adult center to talk about some school stuff. Then headed to Rosemead High to film and shoot some photos. No footy down, but got a photo of my friend rawr with a “Cookie Monster”, as he likes to call it.

After we went to West Covina skatepark and did a little skating. Met up with Lacey out there, and saw two others friends. Came home, drop off rawr. And got me a biggest burrito ever. This thing was so big you have to use a knife and fork. If you got ten bucks and feeling a little mexican spice hit me up, and we’ll head over to this joint. Now I’m just home hoping to a website up soon. Restroom break. Bored and would like to talk I’m pretty sure you gots a myspace account. Hit me up on there. MYSPACE
